Assistant Vineyard Manager

Jose Martinez

Born in Celaya City in Guanajuato Mexico, he graduated from Mexico National Tech and UNL in Argentina as an Agronomist engineer. While studying in Argentina he discovered a passion for wine, starting his grape journey in the vineyards of Mendoza in 2018. From there he worked in the famed Sonoma Valley and Willamette Valley of California and Oregon. Even finding time to collaborate with a Portuguese Winery whilst studying for his Masters degree in Spain at the University of Rioja. Jose brings hard work and a wealth of experience from some of the most prestigious wine regions in the world.

Known for grilling up a mean asado, you can usually find Jose outside the vineyards manning the grill at one of his famed asados. Or cheering on his favorite soccer team Cruz Azul… Or most likely doing both.

Vineyard Manager

Ian Baldridge

Born and raised in Orange County, California, Ian’s passion for agriculture took him to Corvallis, Oregon where he studied agricultural sciences at Oregon State University. He got his first taste of viticulture in the most unlikely of areas, the Hawaiian islands. From there he moved with his family to Washington, where he grew a variety of plants from blueberries to alfalfa, in the cold deserts of eastern Washington. Having knowledge of both ends of the climate spectrum, hot vs cold, dry vs humid, we were very excited to bring him down to Utah, where we have similar extremes.
